Kelsey has always had an eye for style. Ever since she was a little girl, she loved playing with hair and makeup and knew that would be her future. What she loves most about being a stylist is the reaction she receives from her clients when she finishes their hair, and how it enhances the way they feel about themselves.
Kelsey has volunteered her services with Hands on Nashville, Help Portrait, Helping Hands Ministries, Mobile Food Pantry, and other ministries. Her primary goal for Salon West is to be known not only for their great work with clients, but also for their outreach in the community.

Chelsea has always enjoyed doing hair and makeup whether it was in show choir or at a friend's house. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a part of a vision that was bigger than herself. There is something uniquely special about getting a girl ready for her prom or a bride ready for her wedding day.
Chelsea has volunteered with the Paul Mitchell Andrew Gomez Foundation, Haircuts for Homeless, Help Portraits, and various other ministries. She truly loves and believes in the vision of Salon West, and is excited to be a part of it.

Brylee has always been around the world of hair and makeup. Both of her grandmothers were hairstylists, and she loved it, too, so it was no surprise when she decided to start her own career in cosmetology. There is just something wonderful about making people feel beautiful.
Brylee has volunteered with the Paul Mitchell Andrew Gomez Foundation and Mobile Food Pantry at Life Assembly. She enjoys working at Salon West because of the laid back environment and the ability to work with such great people.

Ever since Sal was young, he loved the idea of style. As a kid, he was obsessed with musicians and their hair styles. As he grew older, he wanted to make himself and others look and feel like celebrities. To Sal, there is no greater feeling than walking out of a salon. He wants to inspire people to change the world, because they feel good about themselves.
Sal has volunteered with the Nashville Street Barbers. He loves the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Salon West, but most of all, he loves the unique and quirky personalities of his coworkers!

Shelby has always been obsessed with hair and makeup. She would often come home with a different color on her hair in high school. Shelby has also always had a passion for helping people, which led her to going to school for public administration and non-profit management. However, she finally rediscovered her passion for cosmetology and decided to follow that path, because there is nothing she loves more than making people feel beautiful inside and out.
Shelby has volunteered for various programs through TSPA Cares. She truly loves everything about Salon West, particularly the genuine kindness that is shared among the other stylists.

Brenda has always loved doing hair. Growing up, she took every opportunity to "play" hair, from styling her friends' hair for fun to styling their hair for prom. It didn't take long for her to realize her greatest passion in life is taking care of women, because she truly believes every woman should feel beautiful no matter if they are 9 or 90! She feels so privileged to be working in this industry and making a living following her passion.
Brenda loves working at Salon West, because it has such a unique salon atmosphere. At Salon West, she feels like they are more than just co-workers, they truly are a family.

Sierra sees cosmetology as the marriage of science, human connection, and art, and she loves it! What draws her is the diversity of the craft and the relationships that she gets to be a part of. She feels she learns something new every single day from her clients. There is an uplifting nature about getting a service done--it's not just an external or superficial thing. She loves seeing her clients walk out of the salon with their head lifted a little higher and feeling more confident than when they walked in.
Sierra has volunteered to do hair for LambsCroft, a homeless ministry, as well as a few Latin American countries on mission trips. It is one of her greatest passions. Her favorite part of working at Salon West is the incredible community.

LaTonya has been licensed for 16 years and comes from a family of hairstylists. Her love for hair started as a young girl playing with her Make Me Pretty Barbie Styling Head. She is now a Devacurl coach and Deva Inspired Stylist offering the Devacurl Transformation Service and the Devacut. She specializes in Natural Hair by helping clients embrace the beauty in their curls. Her motto is: when you look good, you feel good!
She has volunteered at both the YWCA and The Bridge Ministries. She loves the warm and cozy atmosphere of Salon West. She says everyone there makes her feel like they have been friends for years.

Molly's love for doing hair started at a young age. Her mother was a hairstylist, and Molly would always watch her in fascination as she interacted with her clients. Now that Molly is a stylist herself, her favorite part is getting to know each person sitting in her chair and making them feel confident and beautiful.
Molly has regularly volunteered her services for the homeless community at her church. She says the peaceful atmosphere at Salon West is what sets this salon apart from all others.
